Anthony Miller
Non-Executive Chairman

Anthony is the founder of Humberts Leisure. He specialises in the valuation of leisure property, concentrating on the brewing industry. His previous experience has included advising on, and valuing, properties in the licensed trade since 1960. He is a member of the Entertainments and Leisure Forum, an independent body of surveyors to the leisure industry who have advised the Royal institution of Chartered Surveyors on various matters in relation to leisure property.

Tim Udell
Executive Director

Tim has held a number of positions within the licensed trade for over 30 years, and between 1992 and 1999 was Retail Director of Shepherd Neame Ltd and previously was a director of Norfolk Capital Hotels Ltd for 2 years. Tim was Chief Executive of English Country Inns Plc from inception in 2000 until it was sold.

As an Executive Director of the Company, Tim is responsible for ensuring suitable acquisition opportunities and that the pubs are operated in an efficient and profitable manner.

Peter Mathews
Executive Director

Peter was Director of Retail Catering for The Wolverhampton & Dudley Breweries between 1988 and 1998 and Operations Director of English Country Inns Plc from inception in 2000 until it was sold. Peter will be responsible for all operational issues relating to the day to day management of the estate and, in particular, will ensure that high standards of food quality and service are maintained.

Martin Sherwood
Non-Executive Director

Martin is a Director of Smith & Williamson and head of Tax Efficient Solutions, a division of Smith & Williamson Investment Management. He has extensive experience of the tax-efficient investment market. He is a director of a number of EIS companies and a member of the Council of the EIS Association.
